Hello, I'm Duy Nguyen, an Industrial Design sophomore at University of Cincinnati.

Since I was a child, I was fascinated by cartoons and video games. Throughout my childhood, I learned to draw by copying my favorites characters from DVD covers or images I found on Google. Fast-forward to middle school, the top priority of our curriculum was graphic design. And so, it has become a part of my daily life along with art.

Coming to Industrial Design, my goal was to challenge my art and design abilities to go far beyond visual aesthetic. I desire to make actual things that can bring joy and comfort to people's lives. I am excited in creating furniture, home accessories, and packaging since they are where I can get the most out of my prominent skills. I also believe that everyone is always passionate about showing their unique objects to family and friends. However, as I desire to explore my potential, I also look forward to participating in other fields.

I have a lot of fun working in Industrial Design. There is a lot more to learn, so I will strive to produce the best works along my creative journey.
